Debi, Marketing Director and Stager, will come to your home to go through each room and make reasonable recommendations of things that need to be done to get your home the highest amount of dollars possible and sold in as little time as possible.  

INCLUDED is Staging (worth an average of $2,000)

After the decluttering process and recommendations are completed, Debi will bring in additional furniture, pictures and accessories to complement yours. The goal of staging is to have each room look like a magazine page. 

INCLUDED  is Useage of Our Stock (average rental value of $2,000 to $3,000)

You will have useage of our stock of contemporary furniture, pictures and accessories, including candles, ornaments, pillows, etc.. There are no rental fees OR delivery/removal fees for this service.
